1:1 Breath Practice:
I offer individual breath practice sessions separate to counselling. In these sessions, we focus on exploring basic and more advanced breath practices to assist in:
- Calming the nervous system
- Expelling stagnant/excess energy from the body
- Improving overall energy levels
Consistent breath practice has been beneficial in managing anxiety, stress, and panic, as well as improving concentration, motivation and mood, amongst many other benefits. I can assist in tailoring individual breath practices to suit your needs, based on what resonates with you.
Fees
The sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The fee for a standard 50 minute consult is $210.
If you have a valid Medicare Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may receive a rebate of $96.65 per session, for 10 sessions within a calendar year.
Please note that the fee listed is significantly less that the Australian Psychological Society recommendation of $280 per hour.
I offer online or in person sessions in the leafy green suburbs of Elwood or Ashburton, Victoria. The Elwood space is seen in the picture.
